How long does a custom unit last? 

A Custom unit can last anywhere from 1-5 years with proper care. Over time lace becomes worn out and will need to be replaced.

 

How long does it take to receive my unit once I order online?

All non customized units are complete and ready to ship out. If ordered by 2pm ET your order will ship the same day and you will receive it within 1-4 business days depending on your location.

All orders placed on the weekend, will ship out on the following Monday unless it falls on a holiday. All “Customized orders will ship out within 15 business days. Once ordered you will receive an email which will include your estimated ship date.

 
Is there a pick up option?

Yes! Simply select the pick up option at checkout. Once ordered you will receive an email notification letting you know your order is ready for pick up along with the address.

What are your hours of operation? 

Team Jazzylux is happy to serve you anytime Monday-Friday 10am-5:30pm ET. All emails and communication received outside of business hours/days will be answered within 24/48 hours.
